Instructions for setting up AutoSync
AutoSync checks the timing difference between 2 feeds. Then it sends this value to audio delays so that you can place the feed that is earlier in time in sync with the feed that is later in time. There are several versions of the program that all contain a different number of stereo delays. Keep in mind that the more delays used, the more output channels are needed.
To set it up, first add the input for the original feed. This is the feed you want to delay.
Second, add the input for the target feed. This is the feed that contains the target timing.
Now the measurement setup is done. This setup can already be used to read the value from the readouts in the control section.
Lastly, add the input for the delay(s). This is the feed that contains the audio that needs to be delayed.
The control signal is displayed on the UI. Because we have the API, the AutoSync can also be used for reading out these values from the API and applying them to other equipment. Please contact us for more information.
